This piece is a vintage a rare Tissot world timer wristwatch dating from the 1950s. It has a striking two-tone silver dial with 24hr gilt arabic numeral hour markers, an adjustable wheel on the center of the dial displaying cities in different time zones around the world. The watch is fitted with rose gold tone ‘sword’ hands and a 12hr bezel. The 36mm rose gold plated case has a crown, a pusher for time only adjustment and a screw down case back. The case has remained in a fair condition with only some light wear such as hairline marks. It is paired with a leather strap. Housed behind the screw down case back, is a high-grade automatic bumper cal. 28.5 movement which is running well.
